Load a representative tray before choosing capacity

Record how much product fits without forcing the layout. Piece size, moisture and expansion can make the same tray count mean very different weekly output.

Piece size: note the cut, mould or vial size used for the real batch. Loading depth: photograph the tray and record the raw weight it holds. Material behaviour: note sticking, expansion, breakage or uneven pieces. Finished pack: record how many saleable bags, jars or samples the tray produced.
